Cleaning System

Working System

All EGSI employees go through a rigid selection process that determines their physical, mental, and emotional fitness for the job.

Employment prerequisites include the following:

  • Barangay clearance
  • Municipal clearance
  • NBI clearance
  • Medical certificate

The prospective employees then undergo a series of trainings on the practical, theoretical, and behavioral aspects of the position. These training sessions are conducted in classrooms as well as in actual job sites, to give the trainees a hands-on experience prior to their actual assignment.

After employment, there will be constant refresher and retraining programs, aiming to keep all field personnel abreast with the newest cleaning techniques in the industry. These programs are also conducted to help reaffirm EGSI’s cultural and behavioral values that can further enhance the employees’ work performance.

The employees’ field performance is monitored through performance evaluation systems, conducted at least once every six (6) months. A review panel validates the appraisals conducted by the field supervisors in consultation with the client. In most cases, employees who receive exemplary grades get a contract extension. For those who get failing grades, they undergo further training and if no marked improvement has been detected, these individuals’ contracts would be submitted for termination.
