Why should we choose your company to clean our facility?
EGSI’s cleaning program is designed based on the client’s requirements. Our philosophy promotes the concept that everyone in our organization is responsible for quality. We focus on the continuous improvements to our process.
What if we need cleaning services at some specific time or day of the week?
The cleaning schedule can be customized to the clients’ individual needs. Previous clients have requested a one-time general cleaning or special event cleaning. Our cleaning services can be availed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, depending on the clients’ preferences.
Do you provide services for residential clients?
EGSI provides services for both residential and commercial clients. We create a cleaning program for each individual client, so that the cleaning service meets all your needs.

Why should I use your company for upholstery cleaning?
EGSI uses unique equipment for upholstery cleaning to provide the best type of cleaning. Low moisture foam, aided by counter-rotating brushes, completely deep cleans upholstery fabrics.
Our upholstery cleaning services assure the following:

How does your method of carpet/rug cleaning differ from others?
EGSI uses the low moisture extraction method for cleaning rugs and carpets for the following reasons:
- Use of dry foam, instead of gallons of water
- Use of cylindrical brushes (cleans down to carpet base) instead of rotary brushes (merely cleans carpet surface)
- Use of vacuum, lifting out dirt-laden foam in seconds
How long will my carpet/rug dry?
Because of the use of dry foam and the low moisture extraction method, rugs or carpets are expected to dry in about an hour.
Will there be any damage done on the carpet with your cleaning?
The equipment EGSI uses applies dirt-emulsifying low moisture foam, brushes it thoroughly into the carpet and removes both foam and dirt immediately before it can sink back down into the carpet. There is no danger of shrinkage, dry-rot, browning or mildew.

Why should I call you to clean my walls or ceilings?
Regular cleaning of walls and ceilings will give it a freshly painted look, making the entire premises look more attractive and inviting.
What types of walls and ceilings do you clean?
EGSI cleans all types of wall and ceiling surfaces, like the following:

- Painted surfaces

What chemicals do you use?
We use non-toxic biodegradable detergents that act as cleaners and sanitizers. These cleaners are perfect for hotels, hospitals, day care centers, health care institutions, businesses, and the like.

How much does it cost to clean my home?
EGSI schedules free in-house quotes Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. If you are unavailable during these hours and have a friend or neighbor that could open your home to us, we would be happy to view your home and leave a quote inside the home for you. Oftentimes, it is possible that we can collect the required information from you over the phone, and give a fairly accurate estimate of the cost.
